Signing up to @Home
Tenants, Residents and Leaseholders
As a tenant, local resident or leaseholder you can sign up to @Home to interact with your local community and share local news for free! You can:
- Chat with other people and give your opinions on our Forums. These are instant message boards. Just type in the Add Your Response boxes.
- Find and add local events to our Events Calendar. Just click on Add Event above the calendar. You can even add a photo. We'll make your event live within 2 working days.
- Post a notice on the Notice Board. A great way to recruit volunteers, get donations etc. Just click Add Announcement. We'll make the notice live within 2 working days.
- Find your local Tenants and Residents Association, housing office and community services in Find a Service
- Post community photos in the Gallery. Show the world how great your event was! Just click Add Photo and we'll make it live within 2 working days.
- Check out your local Tenants and Residents Association (TARA) - follow the link to their @home pages from the main page. You can post in their forums and see their events and notices. We are working with TARAs to get more set up online.
Please note that we reserve the right to edit or remove anything posted on @home. Please remember that as a registered user you are bound by our Terms and conditions of use.

3) Sign up to whatever you want to do
Problems logging in?
If you have forgotten your password click on the Forgotten Password link in the Sign In box and we will email you a new one.
Please note that your log in details for @home are different to the ones you use to access Do It Online. The Do It Online section of our website is where you can pay your rent, order a repair, update your personal details etc. Your user details for Online Services were sent to you in the post by Sheffield Homes and are linked to your tenancy or lease. If you have forgotten your password please call us on 0114 293 0000 (North) or 0114 205 3333 (South) or email enquiries@sheffieldhomes.org.uk quoting "Password request for online services" and providing your name, address and rent account details.
Community Groups
As a member of a local community group such as a Tenants and Residents Association you will be able to sign in, access everything highlighted above and create your own eye catching community pages for your group or TARA. This is a user-friendly and interactive way to publicise your work, share ideas with other groups and attract new members – all for free!
