Aids and adaptations to your home 

As part of the assessment of your home the surveyors will ask you if you require aids and adaptations to your home.

Examples of aids and adaptations include installing:

  • Grab rails
  • Level access showers

If you feel that you would benefit from this service then the surveyor will inform Sheffield Homes, who will arrange a referral to the Occupational Therapist (OT) team. They will make an appointment with you to assess your needs.
