Does your home have a modern bathroom? 

When assessing your home, we will look to see whether your bathroom has fittings more than 20 years old.

If your property only has a downstairs toilet, we will try to put one in your bathroom upstairs as part of the Decent homes Standard.If the toilet can't be moved upstairs, the downstairs toilet may be replaced if it doesn't meet the Sheffield Decent Homes Standard.

If we fit a new white bathroom suite in your home, this will include:

  • A new bath, wash basin and toilet
  • A new bath panel and toilet seat - you can choose from three colours
  • A new shower fitted over the bath, if you want one
  • New ceramic wall tiles and vinyl floor tiles - you can choose from five coloursLever taps fitted to the wash hand basin and bath
  • A shower curtain - but it will be up to you to buy a new one when you need it
