Watch out!
All of our staff, surveyors and contractors working on your home will have to carry identification cards, which include their photo, at all times. Please check this card before you let anyone in.
If you need to confirm their identification, phone your Customer Liaison Advisor (CLA), or contact our call centres Who will work on my home?
If you wish to set up a security password of your choice, you can do so through your Area Investment Team. This will be passed on to any staff that will be visiting or working at your home. You should ask all callers to give you the password before you let anyone in.
You should always be alert to the possibility of bogus callers. If you are suspicious about any caller’s identity you should call the Police immediately. |
