How do I check my balance?
If you are a current tenant, your rent statement will be sent out to you every 13 weeks.
You can check your balance or view your rent statement on line here.
Alternatively please ring the North Call Centre on 0114 293 0000 or the South Call Centre on 0114 205 3333

You can also call in at any First Point or Area Housing Office.
When you get your statement, please check that all the details are correct. If you disagree with the record of payments or you have any problems with the statement, contact us immediately.
