When you sign up for a council property, we will provide you with a leaflet - You and Your Home - explaining your tenancy conditions. This outlines what we expect from you as a tenant and what you can expect from us as a landlord. It is available from all Area Housing Offices or as a download here.

It also covers repairs and maintenance, alterations, rent, harassment, antisocial behaviour, and consultation with tenants.
