We've been looking after homes in Sheffield since 2004
We were set up by Sheffield City Council in 2004, to manage and continually improve council homes across the city. This happened after a vote by tenants.
Our aim is to deliver efficient, high quality housing services, provide decent homes, build thriving communities and improve the lives and prospects of our customers.
We are investing around £669 million in modernising homes. Over 80% of Sheffield council properties now meet the Decent Homes standard; and our services have received the very best ‘Excellent, 3 Star’ government rating.
As the largest Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) in the country, some 42,000 homes benefit from our management.
